Vintage 60s/70s prairie maxi dress by Evelyn Pearson. It has a sheer white bodice with subtle balloon sleeves and a drawstring at the neckline, an elastic waist, and a red & blue bandana print skirt. A few condition notes, see details below.

Fabric: Feels like a sheer poly/cotton bodice (two layers of fabric), and a cotton skirt

Condition: Very good, with light yellowing in the underarms, a 1/2" and two 1/4" yellow spots on the upper front of the left sleeve, and a section of tiny brown spots on the back left of the bodice. There is also a 1/4" section on the back of the waist where the zipper teeth come apart so it can be hard to zip up there but the zipper still stays shut so it is still wearable as is (see photo).
